Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a strategic partner to align solutions with business goals
- Collaborate with clients to define success metrics and deliver measurable business outcomes
- Advocate for client needs internally and guide clients through their lifecycle from onboarding to renewals
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Account Management or Client Success
- Solid understanding of implementation principles and client lifecycle
- Strong client relationship management abilities and sound business acumen
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
- Military experience may be considered in lieu of a college degree
