Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Success Manager (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage existing client accounts to ensure satisfaction and generate referrals
• Oversee the recruitment process and maintain client relationships through regular communication
• Identify and manage request for proposal opportunities, ensuring timely submission and follow-up

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• 3+ years of sales, recruitment, or account management experience
• Preferred experience in physician recruitment or healthcare sales
• Proven track record in account management within healthcare recruitment
• Ability to effectively engage with C-suite and senior executives
