Job Summary

A company is looking for a Virtual Customer Account Manager Sales Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Retain and grow business customer accounts through solution-based selling and account management via telephone
• Make outbound calls to achieve sales quota metrics and prepare necessary sales documentation
• Develop customer relationships and drive sales growth by introducing various products and services

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2-5 years of relevant work experience
• Wireless experience strongly preferred
• Ability to work in a closely monitored environment
• Must reside in the North East Division (specific states listed)
