Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Account Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customer stakeholders to ensure joint accountability and trust
  • Align customer planning and execution with agreed priorities to unlock tangible value
  • Lead program planning and delivery, engaging with customers to address their outcomes and priorities
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sociology, Psychology, Computer Science, or related field AND 8+ years of relevant experience, OR Master's Degree in the same fields AND 6+ years of relevant experience, OR equivalent experience
  • Microsoft is unable to sponsor a work visa for this role
  • 7+ years of relevant work experience within the customer industry is preferred
  • Relevant technology certification (e.g., Azure, 365) is preferred
  • ITIL Foundation certification or equivalent service management certification is preferred
