A company is looking for a Renewals Account Manager to join their Customer Success organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of renewals by collaborating with team members, partners, and customers
- Transform renewals processes to ensure seamless integration for partners and customers
- Create and manage renewal quotes and forecasts, identifying risks and upsell opportunities
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of service renewal experience, preferably in the networking or SaaS industry
- Expert knowledge of service business practices, including co-termination and service terms
- Experience negotiating with partners and customers focused on value
- Proficient with analytics tools such as Excel, Access, or Tableau
- Experience working in a multi-tier channel environment
