A company is looking for an Account Management Enablement Program Manager to lead onboarding and ramp enablement for Account Managers.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement a 30/60/90-day onboarding experience tailored to Account Management motions
- Partner with leadership to define success metrics and evolve new hire training content based on performance
- Create and manage onboarding assets such as playbooks, certification programs, and toolkits
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years in Sales, Sales Enablement, Learning & Development, or Account Management Program Management
- Deep understanding of building and scaling onboarding programs for sales processes
- Strong instructional design instincts to convert strategic objectives into tactical learning
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to align multiple stakeholders
