A company is looking for a Veteran Services Account Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage client relationships and ensure operational compliance and client satisfaction
- Coordinate with Operations Specialists and provide regular updates on account status and performance
- Implement new customer locations and support operational processes to meet customer requirements
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED
- 3+ years of experience in operations and client service
- Ability to pass a NACL level clearance and obtain favorable adjudication for security clearance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel, Outlook, and Word
- Must be a U.S. citizen and able to work full-time with flexible hours
