Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day FMLA administration for Employers and Partners
- Resolve escalations and assist clients with billing questions and payments
- Develop long-term relationships with assigned clients to enhance satisfaction and retention
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years experience with FMLA administration
- Familiarity with Employer Group's Plan designs
- Understanding of Employer Groups File Schedules
