Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor, Payment Integrity.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead clinical coding compliance nurses and non-clinical team members in medical claim review
• Ensure compliance with coding practices and maintain production standards
• Identify and implement best practices and operational efficiencies

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Associate's Degree in Medical Billing and Coding, Healthcare, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in account management, nursing, healthcare management, medical billing, or related fields
• 1+ years of experience using code editing software systems in a managed care organization preferred
• RN or LPN state licensure preferred
• Certified Professional Coder (CPC) or Certified Coding Specialist (CCS) preferred
