A company is looking for a Director of Account Management.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute account management strategies to achieve retention and growth targets
- Oversee customer account strategies to maximize Net Revenue Retention (NRR) and ensure satisfaction
- Define and track key account management metrics while implementing scalable processes for team efficiency
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years in account management, customer success, or sales leadership, with 3+ years in a team leadership role
- Experience in SaaS, AI/ML, or enterprise technology environments is strongly preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field; MBA preferred
- Proven ability to lead and scale account management or customer success teams
- Strong strategic thinking and execution skills with experience managing multimillion-dollar account portfolios
