A company is looking for a Manager, Provider Service Engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborates with providers and internal partners to enhance provider relationship strategy
- Manages Provider Services Representatives, including performance management and training
- Analyzes provider data to improve relationships and resolve service issues
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business or healthcare administration, marketing, or related field
- 8 years of strategic account service experience in financial services or healthcare
- 3 years of experience in a leadership or high-level individual contributor role
- Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and/or Six Sigma training preferred
- Comprehensive knowledge of provider network management processes and best practices
