Key Responsibilities
- Grow annual revenue to meet or exceed company goals
- Build and mentor a collaborative account management team
- Develop and maintain executive-level relationships and manage service roadmaps for key customers
Required Qualifications
- 8-12+ years in account management leadership within an agency, consultancy, or marketing role
- Building industry or multi-channel/multi-audience experience preferred
- Deep expertise in marketing strategy, digital, omnichannel, and MarTech solutions
- Track record of building and mentoring successful account teams
- A BS/BA in Marketing, Business, or Communications required; MBA preferred
