Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Onboarding Lead to act as the primary point of contact for large-scale clients during the onboarding experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the main contact for onboarding strategic planning and client relationship management
  • Lead discovery sessions to gather and document detailed business requirements
  • Assess and mitigate risks related to project discovery and communicate project expectations effectively
Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in the benefit administration industry
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Experience in Health & Welfare benefits administration, client onboarding, or SaaS solution implementation
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills
  • Experience leading multiple complex projects with successful outcomes
