Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main contact for onboarding strategic planning and client relationship management
- Lead discovery sessions to gather and document detailed business requirements
- Assess and mitigate risks related to project discovery and communicate project expectations effectively
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in the benefit administration industry
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience in Health & Welfare benefits administration, client onboarding, or SaaS solution implementation
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills
- Experience leading multiple complex projects with successful outcomes
