Key Responsibilities
- Accountable for quarterly revenue retention targets for enterprise merchants
- Host strategic business reviews and increase adoption of Loop's features tailored to merchant priorities
- Build relationships across multiple stakeholders and act as the voice of the customer to influence product development
Required Qualifications
- Several years of customer success or account management experience with strategic enterprise businesses for B2B SaaS products
- Experience managing the renewal process for enterprise accounts
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue goals
- Experience in merchant communications and data analysis to create value stories
- Ability to engage stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite executives
