- Lead quality assurance initiatives and analyze client requests for plan documentation
- Resolve sponsor and member issues while collaborating with cross-functional teams
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent education and experience
- 2+ years of experience in PBM, health plan, or benefits consulting
- Health Plan and Medicaid experience required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; SQL knowledge is a bonus
- Experience working with structured and unstructured data
