Key Responsibilities
- Design, maintain, and troubleshoot client accounts and scripts
- Deliver client support through phone calls and chats, ensuring a positive experience
- Complete an 8-week Learning and Development Phase and maintain performance expectations
Required Qualifications
- Must reside in Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, Virginia, Texas, Montana, Utah, Idaho, Tennessee, Missouri, Ohio, or Arizona
- Ability to work a 40-hour weekly schedule reliably
- Experience in managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work at a computer for the entire scheduled shift
- Willingness to work evening hours and at least one weekend day as needed
