Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Account Manager, Mid Market (Client Success).
Key Responsibilities
- Develop Mutual Success Plans and account maps for assigned customers to drive expansion opportunities
- Own renewals, upsells, and cross-sells within the book of business while partnering with Sales to achieve revenue targets
- Collaborate across internal teams to deliver customer outcomes and ensure alignment on success metrics
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in strategic account management, customer success, or sales roles with accountability for revenue retention and growth
- Experience with enterprise brands in influencer marketing, SaaS, Martech, or agency environments
- Strong pipeline management and forecasting skills with proven success in renewals and upsells
- Demonstrated ability to act as a trusted advisor, making actionable recommendations that drive customer business goals
- Proven track record of building positive relationships with key stakeholders in fast-changing client organizations
