Proposal Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Proposal Manager responsible for managing proposal development and content strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the proposal team and collaborate with Account Managers to drive proposal development and submission
• Translate technical information into persuasive content for proposals and other marketing materials
• Oversee the end-to-end proposal process, ensuring compliance with solicitation requirements and deadlines

Required Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience as a Proposal Manager or in a similar role
• 3+ years of experience managing the proposal lifecycle
• 2+ years of experience writing persuasive content for proposals
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, English, or a related field
• 1+ year of government proposal development experience, preferably in California
