Job Summary
A company is looking for a Proposal Manager responsible for managing proposal development and content strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the proposal team and collaborate with Account Managers to drive proposal development and submission
- Translate technical information into persuasive content for proposals and other marketing materials
- Oversee the end-to-end proposal process, ensuring compliance with solicitation requirements and deadlines
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience as a Proposal Manager or in a similar role
- 3+ years of experience managing the proposal lifecycle
- 2+ years of experience writing persuasive content for proposals
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, English, or a related field
- 1+ year of government proposal development experience, preferably in California
