Job Summary
A company is looking for a Renewals Account Manager to join their Customer Success organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of renewals by collaborating with team members, partners, and customers
- Transform renewals processes to ensure seamless integration for partners and customers
- Create and maintain timely renewals forecasts, including risk identification and mitigation
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of service renewal experience, preferably in networking or SaaS
- Expert knowledge of service business, including co-termination and service terms
- Experience negotiating with partners and customers focused on value
- Proficient with analytics and associated tools (e.g., Excel, Access, Tableau)
- Experience with Salesforce.com and MS Dynamics is a plus
