Job Summary
A company is looking for an Associate Account Manager responsible for supporting client implementations and open enrollment strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Benefits Administration client teams to maintain accurate client plan design information
- Develop and enhance training materials and call flow resources for Call Center staff
- Analyze Call Center metrics and provide strategic reporting to leadership
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent leadership experience in call center or training preferred
- Minimum 3 years of formal call center leadership experience required
- Experience analyzing and reporting on metrics using Excel, Access, and/or SQL
- Experience in the Health and Welfare consulting or employee benefits industry is preferred
- Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
