- Partners with clients to analyze hiring needs and deploys strategic recruiting methods
- Builds and maintains relationships with candidates and clients while staying updated on industry trends
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
- Minimum of three years of experience in business development and recruiting mid- to senior-level candidates
- At least one year of sales/business development experience
- Knowledge of current sourcing and recruiting trends and methodologies
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products and familiar with ATS and CRM tools
