Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Manager / Recruiter to join their Direct Hire team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develops client accounts and generates new business through various marketing strategies
• Partners with clients to analyze hiring needs and deploys strategic recruiting methods
• Builds and maintains relationships with candidates and clients while staying updated on industry trends

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
• Minimum of three years of experience in business development and recruiting mid- to senior-level candidates
• At least one year of sales/business development experience
• Knowledge of current sourcing and recruiting trends and methodologies
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products and familiar with ATS and CRM tools
