Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Lines Account Manager (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for assigned commercial lines accounts, providing professional service
• Market client accounts to negotiate and secure appropriate insurance coverage for new and renewal business
• Manage accounts by responding to inquiries, facilitating policy changes, and assisting with claims processes

Qualifications & Requirements

• 3+ years of prior commercial lines service experience, including policy changes and renewals
• Prior experience using AMS360 or Epic is required
• Active Connecticut Property & Casualty license
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
