Job Summary
A company is looking for a Commercial Lines Account Manager (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for assigned commercial lines accounts, providing professional service
- Market client accounts to negotiate and secure appropriate insurance coverage for new and renewal business
- Manage accounts by responding to inquiries, facilitating policy changes, and assisting with claims processes
Qualifications & Requirements
- 3+ years of prior commercial lines service experience, including policy changes and renewals
- Prior experience using AMS360 or Epic is required
- Active Connecticut Property & Casualty license
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
