Job Summary

A company is looking for a Personal Lines Senior Client Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume book of Personal Lines Insurance business, ensuring timely and accurate task completion
• Build positive client relationships to enhance loyalty and provide excellent service
• Handle renewals, service requests, claims, billing, and new policies while maintaining market knowledge

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred
• 3-7 years of Personal Lines Account Management experience required
• Property & Casualty License required
• Valid driver's license and insurance required
• Experience with agency management software preferred
