Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Onboarding Lead who will act as the primary point of contact for large-scale clients during the onboarding process.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main contact for onboarding strategic planning and client relationship management
- Lead discovery sessions to gather and document detailed business requirements
- Assess and mitigate risks associated with project discovery and communicate project expectations effectively
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in the benefits administration industry
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience in Health & Welfare benefits administration or related fields is a plus
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills
- Experience leading multiple strategic projects simultaneously
