- Drive revenue growth by converting POCs, securing upsells, and achieving NRR goals
- Ensure customer retention and success through exceptional account management
Required Qualifications
- Proven ability to renew and expand contracts of $500K+ ARR
- Strong understanding of the wellness industry
- Experience in strategic marketing and omnichannel engagement strategies
- Experience working with VP/C-level stakeholders at enterprise customers
- Ability to operate with a consultative mindset
