Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager, Technical Account Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Directly manage a team of 6+ Technical Account Managers and conduct weekly 1x1 meetings
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Engineering, and Product Management to address customer needs and promote workshops
- Monitor team performance, manage resources, and coach team members to improve efficiency and professionalism
Required Qualifications
- Experience with SaaS based security solutions
- Multi OS support experience: Windows, Mac & Linux
- Training delivery experience is required
- Previous project management experience
- Salesforce reporting acuity
