Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary operational consultant, conducting regular check-ins and maintaining communication with clients
- Analyze data to identify trends and provide actionable insights to clients
- Build and maintain strong business relationships with partners and stakeholders while ensuring contractual obligations are met
Required Qualifications
- Experience in the health-tech industry, specifically with Health Plans, employer groups, or Pharmacy Benefit Managers (PBMs)
- Proven background in B2B and/or B2B2C Account Management or Customer Success
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities effectively
- Proficiency with Google Suite, Jira, Slack, and Tableau
