Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Client Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop the Senior Client Manager and Client Manager team
• Provide strategic leadership to maintain and grow business relationships with large health plans and ancillary carrier accounts
• Lead the implementation process for renewals and new sales, ensuring client needs are met and expectations are communicated effectively

Required Qualifications

• Preferred bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Over ten years of experience in account management, customer service, or healthcare strategic planning
• Five years of supervisory or management experience
• Knowledge and experience in the insurance, health, dental, or vision care industry
• Proficient in interpreting legal documents and skilled in Excel and data analysis
