Key Responsibilities
- Act as the key liaison between clients and the company for accounting and collection matters
- Reconcile open balances and generate daily payment reports to ensure timely premium collection
- Create and update Excel collection reports and prepare client statements for collection
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
- Experience in financial record interpretation and discrepancy identification
- Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple deadlines
- Experience in problem-solving and negotiation within a financial context
