Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Client Advocate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the key liaison between clients and the company for accounting and collection matters
  • Reconcile open balances and generate daily payment reports to ensure timely premium collection
  • Create and update Excel collection reports and prepare client statements for collection
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
  • Experience in financial record interpretation and discrepancy identification
  • Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple deadlines
  • Experience in problem-solving and negotiation within a financial context
