Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team that serves as a liaison between the company, clients, and customers
- Oversee team performance and ensure accountability to business plans and results
- Develop and implement communication plans and new technologies to enhance service delivery
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communication, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 7-10 years of experience in retirement plans
- 4-7 years of management or supervisory experience
- Master's Degree is desirable
