Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Account Manager - East.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer accounts and serve as the primary contact for technical inquiries and issue resolution
- Provide technical advisory services, guiding customers through software implementation and optimization
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and present insights during Executive Business Reviews
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in pre/post-sales account management or consulting
- Hands-on experience with VDI environments, preferably Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD)
- Strong understanding of XaaS businesses and experience in IT Operations, Finance, and Software Engineering
- Proven ability to drive software adoption and ensure customer value realization
- Experience managing complex technical projects and building strong customer relationships
