Job Summary
A company is looking for an Account Manager - Spending Accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage client expectations and drive decisions related to implementations and ongoing deliverables
- Lead client meetings and assist in gathering plan requirements for documentation and training materials
- Coordinate open enrollment deliverables and respond to client inquiries while ensuring quality standards
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of client services experience within consumer spending health plans
- Experience in third-party administration, benefits brokerage, or health care industries is preferred
- Related exposure to Benefits Administration, HRIS, and/or Payroll environments is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook is required
