Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Manager - Spending Accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage client expectations and drive decisions related to implementations and ongoing deliverables
  • Lead client meetings and assist in gathering plan requirements for documentation and training materials
  • Coordinate open enrollment deliverables and respond to client inquiries while ensuring quality standards
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years of client services experience within consumer spending health plans
  • Experience in third-party administration, benefits brokerage, or health care industries is preferred
  • Related exposure to Benefits Administration, HRIS, and/or Payroll environments is preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook is required
