Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Manager to manage day-to-day client relationships and service deliverables.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist Account Executive in marketing and servicing clients
  • Process insurance policies, endorsements, and invoices while maintaining client communication
  • Update systems and prepare documentation for renewals and audits
Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in personal lines insurance in a brokerage environment
  • Experience with at least two of the following carriers: AIG, Chubb, Cincinnati, & PURE
  • Proficiency in EPIC Agency Management System and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with surplus lines insurance
  • Proven track record of success in a remote work setting
