A company is looking for an Account Manager to manage day-to-day client relationships and service deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist Account Executive in marketing and servicing clients
- Process insurance policies, endorsements, and invoices while maintaining client communication
- Update systems and prepare documentation for renewals and audits
Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in personal lines insurance in a brokerage environment
- Experience with at least two of the following carriers: AIG, Chubb, Cincinnati, & PURE
- Proficiency in EPIC Agency Management System and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with surplus lines insurance
- Proven track record of success in a remote work setting
