Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer relationships and ensure alignment of technology solutions with business outcomes
- Drive account planning and develop strategies for customer engagement and consumption
- Lead delivery execution and coordinate internal teams to address customer needs and enhance cloud adoption
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sociology, Psychology, Computer Science or related field OR equivalent experience
- 1+ years of experience in customer success, solution delivery, or related fields OR equivalent experience
- Experience with Microsoft Cloud Products or other Cloud technologies
- Preferred: 2+ years of relevant work experience in customer success within the technology industry
- Preferred: Relevant certifications in cloud technologies or project management
