A company is looking for a Customer Success Account Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer relationships and ensure alignment of technology solutions with business outcomes
  • Drive account planning and develop strategies for customer engagement and consumption
  • Lead delivery execution and coordinate internal teams to address customer needs and enhance cloud adoption
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sociology, Psychology, Computer Science or related field OR equivalent experience
  • 1+ years of experience in customer success, solution delivery, or related fields OR equivalent experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Cloud Products or other Cloud technologies
  • Preferred: 2+ years of relevant work experience in customer success within the technology industry
  • Preferred: Relevant certifications in cloud technologies or project management
