Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to client and account executive requests
- Manage policy files, endorsements, invoicing discrepancies, and maintain computer records
- Collect and analyze data on assigned accounts, identifying cross-selling opportunities and market trends
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Minimum of two years prior experience as an assistant account manager or account manager in a retail insurance setting
- Completion of CISR designation or INS insurance courses
- Fire & Casualty license
- Score 80% or more on agency's account manager commercial lines test
