Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor and primary contact for customers regarding technical issues
- Guide customers through implementation, onboarding, and adoption while driving adoption and retention targets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide customer feedback to enhance product offerings
Required Qualifications
- Experience in managing customer accounts and resolving technical issues
- Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Strong background in managing complex technical projects
- Solar or Engineering backgrounds are strongly preferred
- Startup or scale-up experience is preferred
