A company is looking for a Relationship Management Associate.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and brokers, supporting group benefits plan administration
- Respond to customer inquiries and ensure timely resolution, delivering high-quality customer service
- Coordinate with subject matter experts to resolve issues and identify process improvements
Required Qualifications
- 4 Year/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor's)
- 1+ years of experience in relationship management relevant to the position
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to work until 7 pm Central time / 5 pm Pacific time on a daily or weekly rotation basis
