A company is looking for an Account Manager who will focus on developing long-term relationships with customers and providing innovative event solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Negotiate and convert renewals and upsell deals within the existing client portfolio
- Maintain excellent product knowledge and work with sales targets to achieve upsell and ACV goals
- Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to ensure a smooth client journey and deliver exceptional customer service
Required Qualifications
- Advanced English proficiency
- Solid experience in a B2B sales/account management role with a focus on renewals and upselling
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Experience managing pipelines in a CRM system, preferably HubSpot or Pipedrive
- Consultative selling approach and strong negotiation skills
