Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Manager who will focus on developing long-term relationships with customers and providing innovative event solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Negotiate and convert renewals and upsell deals within the existing client portfolio
  • Maintain excellent product knowledge and work with sales targets to achieve upsell and ACV goals
  • Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to ensure a smooth client journey and deliver exceptional customer service
Required Qualifications
  • Advanced English proficiency
  • Solid experience in a B2B sales/account management role with a focus on renewals and upselling
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Experience managing pipelines in a CRM system, preferably HubSpot or Pipedrive
  • Consultative selling approach and strong negotiation skills
