Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations for retailer accounts, ensuring accurate and timely communication
- Track and analyze sales performance, including net/retail sales, returns, and markdowns
- Oversee logistics by monitoring purchase orders, managing shipping, and coordinating with Customer Service/Credit teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- 4+ years of experience in account management, sales support, or retail operations, preferably within beauty, luxury, or consumer goods industries
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel with strong analytical and reporting capabilities
- Detail-oriented and adaptable, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
