A company is looking for an Account Install Specialist - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and code client benefit plan designs for new or renewing business
- Provide support for benefit plan submissions and resolve client inquiries promptly
- Conduct system testing to ensure accurate benefit entries and collaborate with Quality Audit for certification
Required Qualifications
- HS diploma or GED required
- No prior experience is necessary
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Proven technical knowledge and ability
