Job Summary
A company is looking for a Commercial Insurance Account Manager responsible for servicing client accounts and managing the renewal and marketing process.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with carrier and client contacts
- Prepare requests for proposals and draft renewal presentations
- Manage client files and respond to billing inquiries with assistance as needed
Required Qualifications
- Associates degree (or equivalent); BA/BS preferred
- More than 3 years of client service and/or industry experience
- P&C Insurance License required upon hire
- Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office products
- Ability to read, analyze, and reconcile financial reports
