Job Summary
A company is looking for a Deal Onboarding Associate.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for deal onboarding inquiries related to the Shareholder Representative Services product
- Onboard new deals by collecting M&A documents and materials and uploading them into the system of record
- Track all pending and closed transactions and assist with executing agreements
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in the financial industry
- Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word); NetSuite experience is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple time-sensitive tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
