Key Responsibilities
- Own the full customer lifecycle for high-value Amazon and Walmart vendors, including onboarding, expansion, and renewals
- Act as a strategic growth partner, identifying revenue opportunities and introducing new products and services
- Analyze data to uncover discrepancies and assist the Service Delivery team in maximizing claims
