A company is looking for an HOA Community Liaison to manage relationships with HOAs and support resident move-ins.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain relationships with HOAs
- Confirm rental allowances and ensure listing accuracy in managed communities
- Assist in the move-in process by providing relevant HOA information to new residents
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in account/client relationship management preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in English
- Experience with Google Suite and telephony systems preferred
- Familiarity with HOAs or real estate is a plus
