Key Responsibilities
- Accelerate revenue growth by maximizing expansion through a solution-oriented approach
- Manage high-value renewals and expansion across a sizable product portfolio
- Partner with the Sales team on account planning and driving total book of business growth
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in account management, inside sales, or customer success
- 4+ years of experience selling Enterprise SaaS products
- Experience managing high-revenue customer engagements with Enterprise-level customers
- Understanding of the typical SaaS Customer Journey
- Experience using Salesforce, Clari, and Tableau
