Key Responsibilities
  • Accelerate revenue growth by maximizing expansion through a solution-oriented approach
  • Manage high-value renewals and expansion across a sizable product portfolio
  • Partner with the Sales team on account planning and driving total book of business growth
Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in account management, inside sales, or customer success
  • 4+ years of experience selling Enterprise SaaS products
  • Experience managing high-revenue customer engagements with Enterprise-level customers
  • Understanding of the typical SaaS Customer Journey
  • Experience using Salesforce, Clari, and Tableau
