Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Renewal Manager (SaaS).

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and execute the renewal process for assigned SaaS and Content customers, ensuring ARR retention and growth
  • Develop renewal strategies to maximize customer lifetime value and minimize churn
  • Lead renewal negotiations and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities during the renewal cycle
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in SaaS renewals management, account management, or customer success
  • Proven success in negotiating SaaS subscription renewals and managing complex customer accounts
  • Strong understanding of SaaS business models and subscription metrics
  • Proficiency with SaaS tools such as Salesforce, Gainsight, and Gong
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field (MBA a plus)
