Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Renewal Manager (SaaS).
Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute the renewal process for assigned SaaS and Content customers, ensuring ARR retention and growth
- Develop renewal strategies to maximize customer lifetime value and minimize churn
- Lead renewal negotiations and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities during the renewal cycle
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in SaaS renewals management, account management, or customer success
- Proven success in negotiating SaaS subscription renewals and managing complex customer accounts
- Strong understanding of SaaS business models and subscription metrics
- Proficiency with SaaS tools such as Salesforce, Gainsight, and Gong
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field (MBA a plus)
