Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with physicians to assess performance and implement growth strategies
• Lead onboarding and continuous coaching for staff to enhance patient experiences
• Monitor and improve practice operations through hands-on support and best practice implementation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
• Three (3) years of related work experience in account management
• One (1) year of related work experience in sales
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in Outlook and intermediate proficiency in Excel and Word
• Basic knowledge of PowerPoint
