Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with physicians to assess performance and implement growth strategies
- Lead onboarding and continuous coaching for staff to enhance patient experiences
- Monitor and improve practice operations through hands-on support and best practice implementation
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
- Three (3) years of related work experience in account management
- One (1) year of related work experience in sales
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in Outlook and intermediate proficiency in Excel and Word
- Basic knowledge of PowerPoint
