A company is looking for a Customer Success Account Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of accounts to drive customer engagement and renewal outcomes
  • Achieve financial targets and maintain a rolling forecast of territory performance
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategies for customer growth and risk mitigation
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in Sales, Renewal Management, Account Management, or Customer Success, preferably in SaaS
  • Experience in quota-carrying roles with a track record of meeting performance indicators
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
  • Experience in deal negotiation cycles and contract management
  • Proven ability to support customer adoption and act as a change agent
