A company is looking for a Customer Success Account Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of accounts to drive customer engagement and renewal outcomes
- Achieve financial targets and maintain a rolling forecast of territory performance
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategies for customer growth and risk mitigation
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Sales, Renewal Management, Account Management, or Customer Success, preferably in SaaS
- Experience in quota-carrying roles with a track record of meeting performance indicators
- BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
- Experience in deal negotiation cycles and contract management
- Proven ability to support customer adoption and act as a change agent
