Key Responsibilities

- 5+ years of leadership experience in healthcare revenue cycle management or provider relations
- Strong background in RCM functions such as billing, payment posting, and denial management
- Confidence to engage with executive-level stakeholders and translate client goals into strategies
- Skilled in analyzing performance data to guide decisions and improve client outcomes
- Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered
