A company is looking for a Renewals Account Manager to join their Customer Success organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of renewals by collaborating with team members, partners, and customers
- Transform renewals processes for seamless integration and ease of use for partners and customers
- Create and manage timely renewal quotes and forecasts, ensuring an 85% retention rate
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of service renewal experience, preferably in networking or SaaS
- Expert knowledge of service business practices, including co-termination and service terms
- Experience negotiating with partners and customers focused on value
- Proficiency with analytics tools such as Excel, Access, and Tableau
- Experience with Salesforce.com and MS Dynamics is a plus
