Job Summary

A company is looking for a Renewals Account Manager to join their Customer Success organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of renewals by collaborating with team members, partners, and customers
  • Transform renewals processes for seamless integration and ease of use for partners and customers
  • Create and manage timely renewal quotes and forecasts, ensuring an 85% retention rate
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of service renewal experience, preferably in networking or SaaS
  • Expert knowledge of service business practices, including co-termination and service terms
  • Experience negotiating with partners and customers focused on value
  • Proficiency with analytics tools such as Excel, Access, and Tableau
  • Experience with Salesforce.com and MS Dynamics is a plus
